Delivery and Payment
TITAN sells and delivers TITAN products throughout Ukraine.
When placing an order through the Shopping Cart, please fill in the required fields to specify the payment and delivery details. We recommend that you enter all the required information in the “Notes” field. If you have selected the “Carrier Delivery” option, please specify the name of the courier company, the representative office or warehouse, and your shipping details. A confirmation email with further instructions will be sent to the email address provided.
We offer two delivery options:
- self-pickup;
- delivery by courier service.
Self-pickup is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at: 1/L Kursantska Street, Dnipro. For faster shipment, we recommend providing the responsible manager with your phone number for pickup coordination.
Please note that when ordering delivery by courier service, you must inspect the goods upon receipt for any damage and make sure that the entire order is complete. If any problems are found, you must file a report (claim) addressed to the courier company and inform our head office or your personal manager about the issue. The Seller guarantees that the products are packaged in a way that ensures their integrity and preserves their original condition and appearance.
Due to the tense situation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, TITAN is temporarily forced to suspend deliveries to the cities of Donetsk and Luhansk and to restrict deliveries to these regions.
TITAN products can also be ordered in other ways: by calling the company’s phone numbers, requesting a callback on the website, contacting us via Viber or email, or using any other convenient method. You can also contact our representatives in your city; their contact details can be obtained from our head office.
A convenient payment method for your order will be agreed with you by our manager.
