Description

Titan gas boilers are one of the most environmentally friendly domestic boilers due to the design of the combustion chamber and the use of a stainless steel micro torch burner, which ensures complete combustion of gas with minimal emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere. The efficiency of Titanium boilers is 92%.

Titanium natural gas boilers are used in heating systems for individual residential buildings, administrative, domestic and industrial buildings. The gas boiler Titan is produced in a floor version, chimney, with a thermal power of 9 to 40 kW, heats rooms with an area of ​​90 – 400 m2.

Boilers Titan are installed in closed and open heating systems. Thanks to the cylindrical heat exchanger, the pressure in the closed heating system is maintained up to 3 bar. Welded steel heat exchanger with branch pipes for supplying and discharging water, a firebox is installed in the lower part.

The gas burner consists of a stainless steel micro-torch igniter that prevents the formation of soot, an air supply regulator and a drip tray that protects the floor from heating.

In the production of gas boilers, Italian gas automatic safety and regulation is used, which performs the following functions:

  • provides gas supply to the igniter and the main burner using manual control;
  • automatically stops the gas supply to the boiler when the burner flame is extinguished, the draft in the chimney is disturbed, the water is heated above the limit control range, the gas pressure drops below the limit value until the main burner is extinguished;
  • maintains the temperature in the heated room within the specified limits by turning on and off the gas supply to the main burner, depending on the temperature of the water in the heating system;
  • provides manual shutdown of the gas supply to the main burner when the igniter is running;
  • provides overlapping of gas to the main burner in the “Start” mode.

The main components of the characteristics of gas boilers Titan:

  • self-control of the automation unit by flame sensor, draft sensor, coolant temperature sensor;
  • thermostat;
  • piezo ignition.

The warranty period for the Titan gas boiler is set to 36 months from the date of sale according to the stamp of the trade organization. The manufacturer reserves the right to make structural changes to the device that in no way impair its performance.
